Mysterious City: Cairo Review
The Mysterious City: Cairo follows its predecessor The Mysterious City: Golden Prague with a new locale and story. Prague had the advantage of being an unusual place for a hidden object game setting. Egypt, however, is familiar territory for casual games, and you have to wonder why the sequel takes place there after the first game featured such a unique location.The story is lacking in that there's little to tell. Three artifacts disappear en route to museum in Alexandria, and you must track them down, beginning with the hotel where the delivery person stayed. The story doesn't have much of a mystery except for the names of the two main characters.Bigshot Review
The real estate business is probably a puzzling, incomprehensible section of the economy to the average citizen, and the events of the last two years surely did not add to its popularity. Big$hot, a new strategy game from Rusty Axe Games, tries to bring out the real estate broker in all of us by urging the player to juggle various companies while trying to understand the current state of the economy.
PJ Pride Pet Detective: Destination Europe Review
Polly Pride, her cat Meatball and her neice Ashley arrive for a European vacation to find that animals have escaped the circus. Of course, it's a job for Polly Pride (now better known as PJ), Pet Detective. Like the previous game, Polly Pride Pet Detective, Polly's job is to hunt down the animals. However, in PJ Pride Pet Detective: Destination Europe, she also relies on clues to help her solve the mystery of who let the animals out that are now running around the streets of Antwerp, Brussels, Luxembourg and Paris.
Costume Chaos Review
Halloween is still far away, but that doesn't mean you can't have a costume party. Reflexive Entertainment's Costume Chaos is a fun and fast-paced time management game that has you dressing up your customers in all kinds of outrageous outfits. It's got a few new twists to add to the genre, too.The game starts in Hawaii, with shop-assistant Cleo just itching to explore the world. She needs money to do this, obviously, so she decides to work in her Mother's costume shop. From there, she travels to nine different costume shop locations, working her way from Hawaii to Texas, England, Transylvania, Dubai, India, the Caribbean, New Orleans, and Hollywood.

You'll meet him, along with other important gods of the Aztec pantheon, in Coyote's Tale: Fire and Water, a new hidden object game from Merscom and Go! Games.The story begins when two young women vacationing in "what is now Mexico" meet Coyote and Max (a nickname for Macuilxochitl, the Aztec god of gaming and gambling), who warn them that chaos is right around the corner unless they can restore power to the universe by facing the challenges of 15 of the most powerful Aztec deities.

A hidden object game inspired by Daniel Defoe's classic 18th century, Adventures of Robinson Crusoe traces the remarkable story of the title character after he's shipwrecked en route to Africa and must fend for himself on a tropical island, gathering resources to stay alive while trying to find a way home.The gameplay of Adventures of Robinson Crusoe is a typical blend of hidden object challenges, mini-games, and inventory puzzles where you must pick up an item then use it somewhere else in the scene to reveal the final items on your list. Sometimes the list of items to find are random, and other times the list is themed: for example, you might be asked to find "all the hand-held weapons."

A captain and his crew discover Rajini Island and send their highly qualified explorers to study its ancient ruins, but the crew lost radio contact three months ago, so you get the job of finding the missing explorers in this hidden object game, aptly-named Rescue at Rajini Island.As you make way around the island, you pick up diary pages. The diary describes the explorers' findings, which can help you as you work some of the puzzles. However, the clues for most puzzles appear on the scene. (Strangely, the diary's first two pages are blank. The only way you know you're on the last page is when you click the arrow to flip the page and nothing happens.)
