Babylonia Review
When playing a game, it's sad that, in spite of solid efforts from a developer, the word that first leaps to mind is formulaic. Babylonia, while well-crafted, has a big case of the "me-toos." It's a shame, because there are some interesting ideas in the game, but not enough to make it really stand out. Essentially your basic match-three tile game, Babylonia has you rebuilding the fabled Hanging Gardens of Babylon to please the goddess Ishtar. By playing the game, you gain resources including flowers and different coins, which are used to rebuild the gardens piece by piece.
Paradise Review
Paradise is a point-and-click adventure game for serious fans of the genre. Though the game features a delightfully mysterious story and a very atmospheric presentation, the difficulty of the puzzles could make it a little too frustrating for most. Bookworm Adventures Volume 2 Review
The simple written word can hold a surprising amount of power, but who would have thought stringing together chains of letters could harness enough mojo to best a mighty serpent beast or an undead kung-fu warrior? Casual gaming powerhouse PopCap Games brilliantly melded wordsmithery and light-hearted RPG combat in 2007's Bookworm Adventures. With another round of literary combat freshly queued up, the second volume is every bit as quirky and obsession-forming as the original.

Defenders of Law: The Rosendale File Review
Everyone knows that the narratives attached to most hidden object games are usually superfluous, that they typically provide only the most basic framework necessary to create a shell of purpose for a player's exhaustive searching. Occasionally, though, the story actually works well within the context of the game, and Defenders of Law: The Rosendale File, a criminal investigation-themed HOG in which players select potential crime scenes to visit and spend their time searching for clues, is a prime example.

Sarah's Super Spa Deluxe is an expanded version of Shockwave's popular Web game Sara's Super Spa. The story is minimalist. It starts with Sarah and her best friend Gisele shopping for new locations for the spa. After a bunch of let downs, they finally settle in one at the top floor of the shopping mall.
