Avenue Flo Review
Although most of the characters in PlayFirst's Avenue Flo are from the company's long-running series of "Dash" games (which include Diner Dash, Wedding Dash and Dairy Dash), Avenue Flo itself is no time management game. Little Things Review
My opinion of Little Things, a hidden-object game with lovely art and refreshingly straightforward game design, wavered between like and dislike the entire time I played. In the end, I came down pretty much smack in the middle, which is bothersome because it feels like the sort of game a person ought to have a strong feeling about one way or another. Most hidden object games provide players with a realistic scene littered with scores of random objects positioned to blend in with the environment in clever ways. That's not the case here. In Little Things, the objects for which we are hunting actually form the greater picture.
Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 3 – Lair of the Leviathan Review
While the previous two chapters in the continuing saga of Mighty Pirate Guybrush Threepwood all took place either at sea or on land, the third chapter of Tales of Monkey Island goes somewhere completely unexpected: inside of a giant manatee. That's right, the majority of Threepwood's latest outing Lair of the Leviathan takes place inside of a hapless sea creature, which makes for plenty of amusing situations, in what is easily the best entry in the series to date.
