Great Migrations Review
Great Migrations is a line drawing game, not unlike Flight Control on the iPod/iPad. You'll guide animals from one side of the screen to the other by painting a line for them to follow with your mouse. You'll avoid predators and other dangers while trying to take advantage of things like wind to aid you on getting all the animals migrated safely. As things progress you'll have more and more dangers to deal with, though the game is always ready to throw you a helper to keep you on a relatively level playing field.Bloodline of the Fallen: Anna’s Sacrifice Review
Hidden object games typically fall into one of two categories: those that spin out a story, and those that simply want you to find things. Blood of the Fallen: Anna's Sacrifice is one of the former, but you'll enjoy it much more if you treat it like one of the latter. Its object hunts are gorgeous and creative, but its story is pure gibberish.Antiques Roadshow Review
By Erin Bell
There's an old saying that one person's trash is another person's treasure. And sometimes that old doo-dad that you pulled out of grandma's attic can be worth a small fortune, as anyone who watches the popular television program Antiques Roadshow knows very well. Namco's hidden object game of the same name is more than just a game about the show; you'll also go on a scavenger hunt across the United States searching for special items to help solve a family secret.Mystery of the Earl Review
By Andy Chalk
The Earl has been kidnapped by a wicked witch! And with that scintillating bit of storytelling setting the pace, we're off to the races with Mystery of the Earl, a hidden object romance in which, well, the Earl has been kidnapped by a wicked witch and you, as his fiancée, are apparently the only person in the kingdom with the wherewithal to do anything about it.Pirate Solitaire Review
ARRRRRR! Pirates are certainly hot these days. Actually, have been for awhile now that I think about it. Their influence has been felt in movies, TV shows and books. Well now they have finally arrived, as evidenced by this pirate themed solitaire card game! Alright, I grant you it seems a stretch to really incorporate single player card games with terror on the high seas. So, is Pirate Solitaire a treasure worth digging up?Lord of Ultima Review
Free-to-play MMOs are all the rage these days, with titles like Farmville and Evony getting tons of people hooked on their virtual worlds. As a result, it's not surprising to see Electronic Arts trying to horn in on the multi-billion dollar market with Lord of Ultima, a browser-based strategy/simulation title that gets a surprising amount of stuff right.Nancy Drew: Shadow at the Water’s Edge Review
By Erin Bell
Her Interactive's long-running adventure series is still going strong with its 23rd instalment, Nancy Drew: Shadow at the Water's Edge. The story finds Nancy is in Japan teaching English, but she soon stumbles on a mystery that proves too intriguing to ignore when the ryokan (inn) she's staying at shows signs of being haunted. The Polynomial – Space of the Music Review
By Mike Rose
Trying to figure out exactly what you're meant to be doing in The Polynomial - Space of the Music is a game in itself. Set in a universe created based on whatever music is currently playing, you're not given any real objective as such. It's more a case of floating around, attacking anything that shoots in your direction, and exploring this weird, trippy world.
