Chimpact Review
By AJ Dellinger
Chillingo clearly doesn't know how do what the first half of their company name suggests. They just keep pushing out titles! Luckily for the App Store and the iOS gamer market, they tend to be quite good - if at times a little par for the current formula. Despite their dedication to producing hit after hit, however, their latest game (the first from studio Yippee! Entertainment) suggests that they may be up for some monkey business. Chimpact is the latest banana from Chillingo's bunch to make it to market. The only question is: do we pick this one, or let it rot in the heap?Drip Drip Review
By Brandy Shaul
A massive storm is sweeping across the United States, and apparently no home is equipped with a roof capable of keeping out all of that rain. As the leader of a disaster response team, you'll be called in to save rundown tenements, opulent mansions, office buildings, and more from flooding or collapse due to water damage. With Drip Drip, the game's unique concept is worth a look, but the end game doesn't come without its problems.Organ Trail: Director’s Cut Review
By Dant Rambo
I was obsessed with video games in my youth. As such, school oftentimes felt like a cruel way for society to keep me away from them for massive chunks of time. But when we started playing Oregon Trail in one of my classes, that all changed. It wasn't exactly the kind of game I was used to, but I still became addicted. Recognizing a dearth of modern games that have the same feel, developer The Men Who Wear Many Hats has delivered us a modern, zombified version of it with Organ Trail: Director's Cut.English Country Tune Review
By Andy Chalk
If you think that a weird, three-dimensional puzzle game that will tax both your spatial reckoning and your patience to their absolute max sounds like fun, then boy, have I got just the thing. It's called English Country Tune, and it'll drive you absolutely crazy. In love or out of your mind? That definitely depends.Strange Loves: Vampire Boyfriends Review
"I'm a senior at a small Southern college and I never thought this would happen to me." Thus should begin Strange Loves: Vampire Boyfriends, the new interactive romance novel by Tin Man Games. This so-called send-up of the supernatural romance genre uses the choose-your-own-adventure model to confuse its audience and offer up an abundance of cliches, cheesy storylines and schlocky endings.Kingdoms & Lords Review
By Nadia Oxford
Gameloft has been riding the free-to-play game market like a medieval charger, and its latest offering, Kingdoms & Lords, is an interesting mix of strategy, simulation, and role-playing. There's a strong and engaging game at the core of Kingdoms & Lords, but unfortunately Gameloft's constant attempts to grab thy cash via in-app purchases sullies the experience like the stink of a drunk ogre.Agent Dash Review
By Dant Rambo
Endless runner games have been regarded as "casual" for quite some time. And while their simplistic structures and primary existence on mobile platforms (rightly) perpetuate that, it isn't necessarily true of every game in the genre. Take Agent Dash, for example. It adheres to nearly every endless runner trope out there, but where difficulty is concerned, it's anything but casual.Ghostbusters Paranormal Blast Review
If you were able to comprehend media at any time over the 80's and early 90's, you probably had an urge at one point to become a Ghostbuster. The ghost-capturing phenomenon spanned two films and an extensive animated television series, and it had everyone wishing for a proton pack of their own. The new Ghostbusters iOS game, Ghostbusters: Paranormal Blast promises to do just that.
