Bubble Blitz Mania Review
The blitz formula seems to be the latest go-to design for a casual genre that's starting to witness some flagging interest, so it was only a matter of time before it started popping up in our favorite bubble popper games. And once again, its 60 second matches appear to have done the trick. We've already seen bubble poppers flirt with the concept with Facebook's Bubble Blitz, but now TeamLava's Bubble Mania picked up the mantle with Bubble Blitz Mania, which is good news because earlier we crowned the core game as one of the best bubble poppers on the market.
FTL: Faster Than Light Review
Who knew being a spaceship captain was so hard!? If you're a spaceship captain, don't answer that. For those looking to find out, there's a surefire way to learn about the perils of manning an interstellar rig: by downloading FTL: Faster Than Light. Like going into space, it's an experience that proves just as spectacular as it is painfully difficult. Also, if you make one wrong move, you die.
Street Fighter X Tekken Mobile Review
Fighting games are slowly moving into their own on mobile devices, and it's all a great deal because of the work Capcom has done. They began with Street Fighter IV, upped the ante with the fantastic Street Fighter IV: Volt, and have had a hard time topping the formula since. And with good reason: Volt does everything a mobile fighting game needs, from controls to multiplayer. With the new Street Fighter X Tekken Mobile, we had our fingers crossed that we'd see that Volt magic one more time.

We imagine that the consequences of a bad stay at a werewolf-exclusive resort could be anything from a bad review at Yelp to violently beheaded staff. Unfortunately, while Hotel Transylvania Dash doesn't do anything so drastic with its source material, it also fails to do much creative with it either.
Northern Tale Review
Fiction books, cartoons, and even video games have taken liberties with Viking history, and that's putting it mildly. When we think of Vikings, we tend to think of a (tall) Tolkien-esque dwarf with an affinity for water instead of rock. If you want to learn more about legitimate Viking history, you should consult your local library. But first you should suspend belief long enough to play through Northern Tale, a strategy/time management game that puts you in charge of a few horned warriors.GridBlock Review
In an interesting twist which may be of benefit to iPhone games, GridBlock feels less like a video game and more like a board game. And we don't mean your regular checkers or chess, but more along the lines of something slightly more physical, like a Perfection or an Operation.
Lunar Silver Star Story Touch Review
Hey, remember when the only way we could play console games was on a console? What primitive times! Technology has leapt forward quite a bit since then, and it never ceases to amaze me how intricate the games we play on a phone or tablet can be. Lunar Silver Star Story Touch, a port of a classic JRPG, is a prime example of how far we've come. Sacrifices had to be made for it to work on a touch screen, but the amount of content here remains staggering.
