House M.D. – Critical Cases Preview
Dr. House isn't exactly new to videogames -- we've already seen House, M.D. on PC -- but with the upcoming House: Critical Cases the doctor is coming to Facebook, thanks to Ubisoft. Much like its downloadable counterpart, House: Critical Cases features a number of medical-themed mini-games to play through, as well as a familiar cast of characters for fans of the show. We still don't have a ton of details, but Ubi has provided a number of screenshots to show off what House and company will look like on the social network.
NCIS on Facebook Preview
The NCIS crew has already come to mobile phones with a self-titled iPhone adventure game, and now the team is coming to Facebook, and it looks like they're taking a cue from another crime drama. NCIS on Facebook looks quite a bit like CSI: Crime City and other investigative games, tasking players with searching crime scenes one square at a time, dusting for prints and searching for clues. Fairly standard stuff from the looks of it, but if maintains the quality found in CSI: Crime City it could be quite a bit of fun for fans of the show.
CSI: Miami Heat Wave Preview
The excellent CSI: Crime City gave Facebook fans of the Las Vegas CSI crew a chance to investigate some grisly crimes along with their favorite characters, and soon fans of CSI: Miami will be able to do the same. Horatio Caine is bringing his team and his sunglasses to the social network in an experience that looks much like its predecessor, only with a new cast of characters, fresh murders to investigate, and a much more sunny locale.
The Settlers Online: Castle Empire Preview
Although The Settlers games are usually considered "core games," ever since the first game released back in 1993, the series has always had a very casual appeal. At the gamescom in Germany, we were given the opportunity to test Ubisoft's upcoming free-to-play version of the series: The Settlers Online, or Castle Empire as the game is called in North America.

Something about the Smurfs license is terribly friendly to social gaming, especially of the city-building variety. The Smurfs & Co takes more cues from FrontierVille than Capcom's Smurfs social game, Smurfs' Village, but actually manages to make the formula feel fresh, fun to play, and appropriate to the license. In The Smurfs & Co you've been tasked by Papa Smurf with building a new Smurf settlement as part of a complicated plot that involves making a magic potion to defeat Gargamel. For most of the game, though, you simply focus on trying to chop down weeds, build Smurfy buildings, and attract more Smurfs to your village.

With a hit movie and top grossing iPhone game, it should be no surprise that the smurf phenomenon is now coming to Facebook as well. Ubisoft's The Smurfs & Co is a city builder much like its mobile counterpart, with equal amounts of nostalgic charm.
