Street Fighter X Mega Man Review
By Mike Rose
You often hear about fan projects being shut down with a carefully placed cease and desist notice from the company that they're aiming to mimic and praise. On the one hand, you can sort of understand - the big publisher simply wants to protect its property. On the other, it's a shame to see a fan's hard work and dedication to their gaming love go to waste.Street Fighter X Mega Man Preview

Street Fighter's 25th anniversary is coming to a close, and Mega Man's is just about to begin. This is a tricky situation, because giving too much attention to one franchise and not enough to the other could upset the fans and leave Capcom with something of a mess on their hands. So, how does one avoid this issue? By combining the two in a single game and calling it Street Fighter X Mega Man, of course.Fairy Bloom Freesia Review
Fairy Bloom Freesia is a 2D manga-inspired side-scrolling fantasy beat 'em up with light RPG elements. You play as a young, green-haired and spunky fairy-lass named Freesia who has been given the sacred duty of protecting the psychedelic forest she dwells in from any manner of sketchy creature that might do it harm. The plot's pretty ridiculous, honestly, and isn't where the game shines. It's the frantic ping-pong paced gameplay and RPG like customization features that make this a rather decent pick-up for fans of the genre.Street Fighter X Tekken Mobile Review
Fighting games are slowly moving into their own on mobile devices, and it's all a great deal because of the work Capcom has done. They began with Street Fighter IV, upped the ante with the fantastic Street Fighter IV: Volt, and have had a hard time topping the formula since. And with good reason: Volt does everything a mobile fighting game needs, from controls to multiplayer. With the new Street Fighter X Tekken Mobile, we had our fingers crossed that we'd see that Volt magic one more time.Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD Preview

[No] Objection! Capcom's spiky-headed lawyer is returning to iOS, and this time he's bringing the whole crew. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD re-introduces the first three games in the Phoenix Wright adventure series with a compelling high-definition shine.Street Fighter X Tekken Mobile Preview
Capcom has a really weird history when it comes to porting titles to mobile. For unknown reasons, it's unable to emulate past titles well (see Mega Man X and Marvel vs. Capcom 2), but its modern ports have been solid (see Street Fighter IV Volt). Luckily, Capcom's new Street Fighter X Tekken Mobile looks to be taking lessons from the latter camp.Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Review
Nearly everyone who has ever competed in tournament videogame fighting is familiar with 2000's Marvel vs. Capcom 2. It's deep 3 on 3 gameplay, enormous cast of characters, and colorful sprite-based visuals left it as the golden standard for team-based fighters for over a decade (until Marvel vs. Capcom 3 came out in 2011). Now, Capcom aims to bring this all-time classic to the most popular gaming platform available today: iOS.Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Preview

Fight games and touch screen devices have had a bit of a spotty track record so far, but if anyone can make it work, it's Capcom. They've already proved as much with the release of the outstanding Street Fighter IV and Street Fighter IV: Volt, and now they're ready to follow it up with a mobile port of a true fan favorite: Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
