Braaaaaaaainnnnsss.  If you’ve got any, you’ll want to check out PopCap’s upcoming Plants vs. Zombies Adventures.  But why wait for the game’s public launch on Facebook when you can shuffle into the closed beta this May?

Courtesy of our fine friends at PopCap Games, Gamezebo is giving away 200 golden tickets to secure yourself a spot in the beta.  It’s kind of like finding a ticket in a Wonka bar, except you’ll have to eat less chocolate and there’s no factory tour involved.

What’s that you say?  You haven’t heard of Plants vs. Zombies Adventures yet?  First, let me give you my most profound well wishes on the recovery from your recent coma.  Secondly, if you haven’t already rushed to check out our preview, the folks at PopCap have put together this handy write-up that highlights the finer points of the zombies’ Facebook invasion;

Go beyond your yard and discover more plants, more zombies, and new challenges. Battle zombies in town or on a road trip — but beware: now zombies will take any path possible to get your brains. Challenge your friends by sending zombies to invade their towns, and see where your stack of zombies ranks on the leaderboard. And with constant updates, you’ll find surprises around every corner. It’s a thrilling new way to live, grow and zap zombies on Facebook.

Want to be one of the lucky ones to get in on the beta?  Just send an email to [email protected] telling us why you’d like to get an early start on the next zombie defense craze.  Entries will be accepted until April 28th 2013, and winners will be contacted this May.

Jim Squires is the Editor-in-Chief of Gamezebo. Everything you see passes his eyes first, so we like to think of him as "the gatekeeper of cool stuff." He likes good games, great writing, and just can't say no to a hamburger. Also, he is not a bear.
