Smurfs’ Village gets winter update

Just in time for the Holidays, Smurfs’ Village has received a winter update that will feel like a massive gift for all of the game’s regular players. The new version’s got a little bit of everything: a new theme, a substantial mechanic update, and a stocking’s worth of new content to add to your village.
As you can see from the screen below, snow has been added to the village, There’s also a new “snow bunny critter” that can be seen hopping around, and a ton of decorative items like snowmen, snowsmurfs, and Christmas trees can be placed around the village.
These trimmings aren’t the only things in the update. It turns out that friend gifts will have a new wrapping paper option, there’s a new filtering feature that will help you keep better track of your friends, a new land expansion will unlock around level 26, and there’s a new holiday quest starring Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Brainy, and Grouchy.

Version 1.1.5 of Smurfs’ Village is now available for free download in the App Store. Of course, if Beeline Interactive really wanted to get into the gift-giving mood, the developer would be gifting wagons of Smurf Berries to all of the game’s players… but I guess this is a pretty decent holiday treat, too.
