Ahoy there! I’m here to introduce Seablip, and the exciting Seablip Demo! The upcoming open-world pixel-perfect pirate RPG! I’ve been on a bit of a One Piece kick recently, so I’m invested in all things pirate already. But with a game this interesting and fun looking I wanted to turn some attention to this! Seablip is the passion project of a solo developer who goes by Jardar, this game is without a release date as of yet, but speculation sets the launch for 2024. For now, however, we can enjoy the teaser trailer below!

Seablip carries the charming formula of already beloved games, bringing in a blend of what people already love alongside something entirely new. Some would even say it’s a fresh catch (sorry). With the simple and colourful pixel graphics, this game fits right at home with that of Terraria or Stardew Valley. Though, of course in this world, you traverse as a pirate!

What’s A pirate’s Favourite Letter?

R! Hah, and “R” you ready to learn more about the game? Seablip invites you to set sail and immerse yourself in the rich story. This game already appears to have wonderful pacing as you can always put the lore aside to focus on your open-world exploration instead.

When you’re not cruising to the pace of the waves in the Seablip Demo, you will be beginning your story by obtaining your very own unique ship. Set sail for pirate glory and face off against the threats of the seas. Settle on your island and interact with NPCs to uncover side-quests, and lore, and build relation. Hey, you can even farm, go fishing, collect, craft, and battle! This game quite literally has it all.

Going Merry!

Wait, wrong pirate thing again. So, with a lot to look forward to what can we enjoy in the meantime? Well, Jardar has opened Seablip up to demo plays over on Steam! If I’ve kept you this long for today’s news I guarantee you’ll enjoy the game, but if you’re still unsure have a go at the demo first.

Oh, would you believe this is also the first news we are sharing here on Gamezebo? Usually, I’d link to another news we have written recently for you to check out, but this is the first! What an exciting milestone! So, why not check out Pirates Destiny Fruits instead since we are on theme of pirates!

It seems you've stumbled upon my bio! I'm Sho, your local weeb. Off the clock I am typically watching anime, reading manga, or doing art. I think it's safe to say that all my unpaid thoughts revolve around anime... That said, watch One Piece! (Or don't I'm just a biography.)
