According to a report in the Entertainment Law Digest, developer PopCap has filed a lawsuit against distributor MumboJumbo for breach of contract. PopCap claims MumboJumbo owes the company about $1.4 million in profits for selling PopCap titles like Bejeweled, but has yet to pay up.
