Gamezebo is at GDC this year, catching up with our favourite mobile games developers. Our very first meeting was with the highly talented folks at PikPok, who are responsible for Into the Dead 2, Dungeon Inc., and, more recently, I Am Monster.

We learned all about their exciting plans for 2019, much of which we can’t actually talk about due to embargo restrictions, but take our word for it: exciting things are happening at PikPok this year.

You already know about its plans to bring Into the Dead 2 to Nintendo Switch later this year. Sadly, we still can’t be more specific about a release date, but we can tell you that the also-talented Versus Evil will publish.

PikPok’s Into the Dead 2 is Already Announced for Nintendo Switch

Just a quick note for those that haven’t played it yet, Into the Dead 2 is a zombie-slaying survival runner. You’ll bolt headfirst into the shambling undead, popping caps in their heads and completing a wide variety of missions in a bid to survive in this post apocalyptic world.

More recently, the runner received a Ghostbusters-themed update that let you get your greasy little mitts on the Proton Pack itself.

As for the stuff we can’t talk about… well, we can reveal that PikPok will release a huge multiplayer update for one of its biggest mobile titles. It will launch within the next couple of months alongside a bunch of new features. Sorry! We can’t be more specific than that.

PikPok Will Also Release a Huge Update and Brand New Game in 2019

Those looking for something new will be pleased to learn that PikPok is also working on a brand new game, which will launch simultaneously on iOS and Android this summer. You won’t have to wait too long to learn about it though. That’s all we can say on that score…

You can grab PikPok’s portfolio of games on the App Store and Google Play, and remain firmly tuned into Gamezebo for updates on its remaining plans for 2019 and beyond.
