New iPhone Games This Week – Blokus, Sonic 2, and more!

  • Blokus – The popular Mattel board game brings its patented brand of multiplayer mayhem to the iPhone.
  • Chaos Rings -SquareEnix releases its first original iPhone RPG in a gorgeous 3D style reminiscent of their recent Final Fantasy releases.
  • Fruit Ninja – Slice and dice fruit and avoid the occasional bomb in this simple swiping game.
  • Mikado Defenders – Tower defense games take a trip to feudal Japan with era-appropriate visuals and unique gameplay.
  • Pure Hidden – The popular hidden object game gets shrunk down for your pocket.
  • RPG Snake: The Adventure of Akua – The classic cell phone game Snake gets an RPG makeover in this surprisingly adorable hybrid.
  • Sonic the Hedgehog 2 – SEGA has ported its classic 1992 platformer to the iPhone, re-introducing us to a young Miles “Tails” Prower.
  • The Impossible Game – Navigate an orange box through a deadly adventure in this epically challenging platform experience.
