My Daughter Is A Cultist! SE is a game where you play a normal man with some major family drama to deal with.
My Daughter Is A Cultist! SE is a short, black-and-white game based on a game jam entry made back in 2019. SE brings more content and a more polished experience but puts you in the same unenviable situation.
You are a seemingly-ordinary father, awoken by strange noises during the night. You’re driven to investigate the source of the sounds. Your daughter has been acting very strangely lately, and that might be part of the reason you’re feeling so on edge.. or maybe you’re just sensing that something is very very wrong in your house.
My Daughter Is A Cultist! SE is a short game that takes place over several nights as you investigate the strange happenings and what your progeny is up to.
It’s a surreal experience and all rendered through clever use of shaders. While the game is made in 3D space, the textures do a great job of resembling black and white screen tones, so you immediately feel like you’re playing through the pages of a greyscale manga. Spooky.
