Another co-op roguelite is about to drop on Steam. It’s MineGeon: Renegades by Kickstone Studio, which has pushed the game’s launch back from July 14th to July 28th, 2026. It offers roguelite progression and bullet-hell combat.

Resource gathering inside a weird underground alien planet called PAIMO

The story starts after a failed heist leaves a group called the Renegades nowhere else to go. They crash land near the mysterious planet PAIMO and end up descending into its dangerous underground layers looking for help. The deeper they go, the more secrets they uncover in this new planet.

You can head into PAIMO by yourself or play online with up to two friends, making it a three-player co-op experience. You’ll be coordinating abilities, sharing gadgets, and helping each other survive all the bullet-hell action waiting underground.

But then, sometimes breaking away from your teammates and embracing your inner Renegade can lead to bigger rewards. So, you ought to balance between teamwork and greed. Every run gives you opportunities to become stronger by levelling up and unlocking gadgets.

You can mix the gadgets with different weapons and Ultimates that can completely change how you approach fights. Also, MineGeon: Renegades offers three playable classes. Marshall is the Tank built to absorb damage, Trevor is the DPS Gunslinger focused on dishing it out, and Ari is the balanced Engineer.

MineGeon: Renegades has six handcrafted biomes

Each comes with hostile enemies, environmental hazards, ancient technology, hidden lore, and dangerous encounters. One of the biggest threats comes from a faction called the Scavengers. Every biome eventually ends with a boss fight.

Meanwhile, using the Galactic Express PC, you can get over 200 different items, decorations, and biome-themed objects to decorate your space base. You can organise everything, visit other Renegades’ ships online, and show your setup off to the community.

You can wishlist MineGeon: Renegades on Steam, and grab it once it drops on July 28th. Also, take a look at the game below.
