Kejora is the Ghibli-inspired hand-drawn platformer that’s due to drop soon! Join Kejora and her friends and step up to adventure after discovering a dreadful secret that puts the kids in danger. All whilst being pursued and hunted by terrifying creatures. Play through elaborate puzzles enriched with lore to beat the evil that lurks just beyond the forest line.
Kejora has come a long way since it’s first official teaser trailer three years ago which can be watched here. One thing remains the same, however, that striking nostalgic whimsical art style that is ever reminiscent of Ghibli titles. Kejora aims to take its players back to the good old days of the 90s when the imagination of kids was carried in the wind as they played in grassy fields and lush forests.
Our protagonist is a passionate young girl who loves to play outside alongside her two friends. Their favourite game is considered quite disturbing to their fellow townsfolk. However, after a mysterious force brings calamity to the once quiet little village, Kejora, and their friends use their run-and-gun game to save everyone!
From giant snails to rattling trash bins, all kinds of sentience have risen to threaten the townsfolk. Blast through the story and solve puzzles that require the unique skills of each friend, all whilst uncovering shocking truths. Restore peace to the village and overcome obstacles both physical and emotional alongside your buddies. We guarantee you’ll be enchanted by this game if you’re enticed by Ghibli-esque visuals and lulling soundtracks.
