Indie Royale makes a splash with the Gone Fishin’ Bundle

You never thought it would be possible, but it looks like the deed is done: you’re all out of new games to play. Despite carefully purchasing and rationing new titles to last you all through the Summer, let’s face it: the drive of a gamer can leave even the biggest stash of new games in rubble. Thankfully, it looks like there are plenty of new fish in the sea.

Indie Royale’s new Gone Fishin’ bundle hopes to conclude the summer with a bang by giving a little bit more life into your shallow pool of unplayed games. Ready to finish things off with a great big splash? Indie Royale has a pretty great catch to select from.

Here’s the new line-up:

  • Sol: Exodus – The 3D space shooter, powered by the Unreal Engine. Think you can save a dying world before the sun is lost forever? Engage in countless space dogfights and fire your way to freedom!
  • All Zombies Must Die! – The classic PSN and XBLA top-down shooter is now on PC, and it’s definitey worth biting into. Blast through impossible hoards of zombies as you venture though a cartoony and comedic apocalypse.
  • Cubemen – The acclaimed tower defense title all about pixel-perfect strategy. Also offered by the developer is the Indie Royale DRM-free exclusive VectorGeddon, a fast-paced Missile Command-style gem.
  • Squids – Not only is this title a perfect fit for Indie Royale’s “fishin'” theme, but it’s also a beautiful gem not to be missed. Rated 5 stars from Gamezebo, this excellent RPG is a unique blend of marbles, physics, tactics-based battles, and adorable visuals.
  • Platformance: Castle Pain and Temple Death – This group of medieval and jungle-themed platformers is all about timing, patience, and skill. Think you’re hardcore? These “challenging, but fair” titles will put your nerves (and wits) to the test.

As always, anyone who donates higher than the current pay limit will lower the price for everyone else in the sea. And if you put in $8, you’ll also receive the Tomas Dvorak (of Machinarium fame) debut album Pocustone. If you’re looking to get seven great games without making a spash in your wallet, head over to Indie Royale and check out the Gone Fishin’ bundle
