DeNA, as it seems, is one of the more restless mobile juggernauts out there. Not content to team up with Disney and call it a day, they’ve recently announced a new partnership with Hasbro. The two companies will be working together to bring several Transformers titles to the Mobage network for iOS and Android — the first of which is slated to arrive later this year.

The two companies will be working together to bring several Transformers titles to the Mobage network for iOS and Android — the first of which is slated to arrive later this year.
Details are scarce at the moment, but a press release stated that the partnership will last a total of three years. And as you may have imagined, it’s something DeNA is very amped about.
“Transformers is a highly beloved brand, with dynamic characters that are universally cherished by fans. We are excited to bring the Transformers world to life for mobile gamers,” said DeNA director Neil Young.
With the first game arriving so soon, I’m sure we’ll be hearing more information about the first game (and the overall partnership) in the near future. Like the kind blokes we are, we’ll be sure to keep you all in the loop.
