Footage of The Elder Scrolls: Blades was shown at Quake Con, and it’s looking very impressive. We think you should be pretty excited. No, really.

Where is it?

The footage can be found above, and comes courtesy of GameSpot. In the mobile version of the game you use two invisible circles on both sides of the touchscreen to move around – with swipes being used for the combat.

You can also unleash magic attacks and block by tapping specific on-screen buttons.

The Elder Scrolls: Blades arriving later this year

From this video it seems like it’s a pretty solid Elder Scrolls experience on mobile. There are characters exploring the lush environments, with a range of enemies to fight.

If you’re hankering for more The Elder Scrolls: Blades information you can check out the game’s official site here. It’ll be released later on this year.
