Rick and Morty Meets Startopia In The Space Themed Hospital Game, Galacticare!

Meet all kinds of wacky life forms and nurture them back to full health. Or let them die hilarious deaths in Galacticare. I don’t judge.

Galacticare is the hilariously gruesome space hospital game where you construct and manage a series of alien hospitals. This wacky galactic care system almost feels too reminiscent of that one space hospital Rick and Morty episode. Galacticare entrusts you with the intricate anatomy of many bizzare and helpless critters from across the cosmos. You must try keep them alive as long as possible lest you want to watch them die in quite amusing ways.

GalactiCARE To Learn More?

Too far? Okay… Step into your scrubs and meet the patients with unique problems for you to solve in this sci-fi sandbox tycoon. Expand your hospital with currency earnt after each successful servicing to the organic life that entrusts you with their care. There is a benefit to letting some patients die however, as the game contains quite amusing death scenes, each unique to the circumstance that your patient was suffering from.

You’re hired! Now get to work, Director! Galacticare piles the workload on from the get go with exciting room planning, equipment building including fun decor, upgrading assets, as well as upping your relationships with the clients. Oh, and who could forget the exploration of deep space with mass breakouts, or horrendous accidents to tend to. Plus, the game dev has already announced that DLCs will be released after the game has launched. So you’ll have something new to look forward to even after all this fun has already been had!

Hey, I Just Sprouted A New Eye!

And EYE can see you’re eager to get your hands on this sci-fi title! Though you’ll have to sit tight a little longer. Galacticare was a hit at the Steam Fest that ran earlier this year, where a demo for the game was available for a limited time. Now, we all just have to PATIENTly wait on the full launch! (Okay, okay I’ll stop with the puns).

I personally cannot wait for Galacticare to launch sometime in 2024. Purely because I am in need of the professional opinion from the director to cure me from the weird extra eyes that keep blooming across my body… Hmm… I suppose in the meantime I’ll sit and read some other news we have here on GZ, such as The Puppeteer Is A Retro RPG With Multiple Endings! Or even wish list this Sims meets Startopia game over on Steam right now!
