Zynga has announced that since launching on June 9, their latest game FrontierVille has grown to 20 million users.

Zynga has shared with us even more FrontierVille facts:

  • 3.6 million people have built frontier cabins
  • 3.3 million people have built a general store
  • 10 million people have clobbered a snake.

This is exciting for Zynga, as these numbers are very good for the game after a full month of game play. Inside Social Games reports more good news for Zynga; for FrontierVille, the daily average users (DAUs) to monthly average users (MAUs) percentage is 30%, which they are app to say (pun intended) is quite positive.

It’s not all good for Zynga. During this same period of time, its flagship game FarmVille continues to lose users.

But enough, Negative Nancy! This is a good day for Zynga, FrontierVille, and those of us who realize how big a danger bears are to our livelihood and well being, even virtually.
