Auditorium– Creating a harmonic convergence of color, light, and music is no easy task, but now it comes at an easy price — free. We reviewed this one back in February and loved its hypnotic gameplay. Normally $2.99, there’s no indication of this being a limited time offer. It’s likely a price drop – but if you don’t want to risk it, we’d suggest grabbing it now.

Cobra Command– Originally released in the arcades way back in 1984, Cobra Command is a helicopter adventure that uses cartoons to convey the action. If you remember arcade classics like Dragon Age or Space Ace, this should be right up your alley. Normally $4.99, this cartoon classic is free today only courtesy of freeappaday.com.

Crap of Defense– It’s not quite tower defense and it’s not quite castle defense, but whatever it is, we liked it. Don’t let the name fool you – there’s nothing “crap” here. Normally $1.99, we’re not too sure if this is a permanent price drop of a temporary sale. Either way, it’s well worth downloading while it’s free.

Crazy Hamster– Make the environment safe for a hungry hamster in search of food. Build bridges, extinguish fires – do everything you can to keep the hamster safe! Normally 99 cents, Crazy Hamster will remain free for the weekend.

Doodle Balls– Physics games and crayon art are a common combination on the App Store, and Doodle Balls is no exception. Guide doodle balls to containers below using the iPhone’s tilt functionality. Previously 99 cents, Doodle Balls is free starting today.

Project 72– We all know rockets belong in space, but so do asteroids, black holes and UFO’s! Avoid obstacles and gather fuel in this spacey survival experience. Normally 99 cents, Project 72 is free today only.
