EA’s online casual games portal Pogo has expanded onto Facebook with the launch of the Pogo Games Facebook Application. The application, which is currently in beta, allows players to play ten Pogo games through Facebook: Poppit, Word Whomp, Boggle Bash, First Class Solitaire, Yahtzee, Turbo 21, Trivial Pursuit, Pogo Bowl, Lost Temple Poker, and Bingo Luau.

According to Pogo.com fan site BadgeHungry, the games and game rooms are exactly the same as on Pogo.com but with a Facebook interface that allows for additional social features like friend leaderboards. BadgeHungry also says players can earn a few extra tokens by playing the games through Facebook as well.

Users who already have both a Pogo account and a Facebook account simply have to log into Facebook, visit the Pogo App page and follow the prompt to link their Facebook and Pogo accounts. Facebook users with no Pogo account can create an account through the same link. (For more information on how to create an account, visit Pogo’s How-To page.)
