So, what do you do when the impending apocalypse is due but you’re in a flirty mood? You mingle with the singles, of course! Who needs to save the world when you’ve got an array of cute characters to date? Right?

If you’d like to check out Doomsday Paradise for yourself, you can head on over to the official Steam page!

Apocalyptic Romance… Literally

Doomsday Paradise is a brand-new dating sim that is due to release on November 8! While it’s certainly its own thing, it does remind me a lot of Monster Prom – mainly due to the multiplayer gameplay and uhh… monsters (as you’d expect).

You can play with up to 3 other friends as you work together or try to wreck each other’s potential relationships – a last-ditch effort to create some drama before the world implodes. Anyway, enough about that, we’re here to flirt our way to victory against the apocalypse!

On the Deck! (and Beach)

What I like about Doomsday Paradise, is the fact that it features card-based RPG battles too. Yes, you can get all romantic with your date, but you’ve still got the end of the world on the back of your mind. It’s your job to fend off the terrifying, and undateable, monsters that loom on the beach. After all, they’re getting in the way of your last-minute fling.

Plus, there’s tons of replayability, with a whopping 100+ endings to reach – that literally covers all of the bases (get it?). This means you can date every single character in the game at least once, or multiple times if you wish to do so. I think my favourite is Haley, she thinks Halloween is every day and she has pink hair, that’s a win-win in my books!

If, like me, you’re a fan of dating sim games, why not have a read of our What in Hell is Bad tier list? It’s a game where you flirt with literal demons, what’s not to love?
