Less than a month after being purchased by Zynga, DNA Games has announced that it will be shutting down all three of its current games, which includes Casino City, Slot City, and Bar World.

As initially reported by Inside Social Games, the games will officially close on July 8. And as of now new players can no longer start playing, either. No specific reason was given for the closures.

“We appreciate the passion and support you’ve had for our game and we’ll keep the lights on so you can keep playing till July 8, 2011,” reads a post on the Slot City page. “To help us transition the closure of the game, we are leaving Slot City‘s wall open until July 8th.We’d like to hear your favorite memories about your Slot City experience. Please take a moment to say goodbye to Slot City with us.

“Once again, thank you for your continued support and love.”

Casino City was the most popular of the games, with a monthly active user base of 1.165 million.
