Serve Up Dishes of Murder!

Think restaurant tycoon combined with a 1960s murder mystery. Dead Plate covers some pretty dark and gruesome topics, making it a horrifyingly creepy visual novel – in all the best ways, of course. Additionally, it’s a point-and-click game, allowing you to interact with the environments in greater depth.

Set in the 1960s, Rody wants to make an absurd amount of money within 7 days. So, he decides to work at a posh French bistro, managed and owned by Vince the chef. The cold look on Vince’s face and the dark circles under his eyes are enough to tell you that you should be wary of Vince’s true intentions…

Two Very Different Characters

Anyway, Rody is a pretty quirky guy, and his personality is on the flip side of Vince’s. Still, Rody is determined to earn lots of money in a short amount of time. The story itself focuses heavily on character development, with plenty of dialogue to read through, and an interesting story from the get-go.

If you want to reach all 4 endings in Dead Plate, you’ll find brand-new pieces of dialogue and additional secrets that all tie into the overall lore and world-building of the game. It shouldn’t take you too long to complete it in its entirety, so it’s well worth giving it a go for some extra bits of content!
