Can you give us insights or fun facts about the development of this game?
This was the second Hasbro licensed game that we developed. We learned a lot of working with licensors while developing Yahtzee. We put everything we learned to the test which made a smooth development process in cooperation with Hasbro possible. We had a fun time play testing the game and showing off to each other about who knew more.
What makes Trivial Pursuit Genus edition special, and why should people vote for it?
Over 2,000 questions, cool music, slick animations; enough too please you for a couple of hours. You can play it over and over because I tend to forget the answers after a while (but maybe that’s just me).
Besides your own game of course, what other games impressed you in 2007?
I really liked Mortimer Beckett. Although a little bit short, it gave a new interesting twist to the standard hidden object games that were at the market at that time. I also spend some time on Build-a-lot.
If you win a Zeeby, how do you plan to celebrate (aside for going to Disneyworld, of course)?
We’re probably going to do with we know best: drink some beers and have fun!
Any final words for your fans?
