The We Series: Regular content updates are nothing new to ngmoco’s trio of popular social games, but for the first time ever, the denizens of We City, We Farm and We Rule Quests will be treated to a winter wonderland. Snow hits We Rule, while We Farm players will get to raise a snow fox in an igloo and We City mayors can erect an ice hotel in the heart of downtown. But that’s not all! ngmoco is promising additional updates this holiday season that will yeti lairs in We Rule, polar bear, penguin, and reindeer pens in We Farm, and an ice sculptor’s cottage in We City.
Gun Bros: Dressing up in a variety of military outfits to unleash untold damage on the evil forces of T.O.O.L. is all well and good, but wouldn’t you rather unleash your wrath wearing something a little more festive? Version 1.2 of Gun Bros adds some holiday favourites to Percy and Francis’ wardrobe, including Santa outfits, elf clothes, a snowman costume, and even reindeer ears.
Fragger: Think you’ve had all the grenade-chucking fun you could possibly have with Fragger? Think again! Version 1.5 has landed on the App Store and adds 30 challenging Christmas-themed levels. What you’re throwing may be deadlier than snowballs, but that doesn’t make blowing up bad guys in Santa suits any less fun!
Angry Birds Seasons: If you had the good fortune to enjoy Angry Birds Halloween earlier this fall, Rovio had a delightful surprise for you on December 1. Re-branding their spooktacular spin-off to the all-encompassing Angry Birds Seasons, the title received 25 new levels chalked full of snow and ice. Don’t expect to play them all at once though – Angry Birds Seasons plays out like an Advent calendar, offering one new level every day until Christmas.
Homerun Battle 3D: Few things are as satisfying as the crack of a bat and the roar of a crowd – but what if you swap out that bat for a candy cane? Sticky hands, no doubt. Still, that doesn’t seem to trouble the ball player in this holiday rendition of a home run hit.
