We first caught word of Zynga‘s RewardVille early this year, and now the website has finally launched. And with it comes a slew of new in-game items and rewards for games like CityVille, FrontierVille, and FarmVille.

You likely won’t be able to access RewardVille from the main site, at least not yet. Instead, what you can do is log-in to any of the supported Zynga games on Facebook, and in the top tool bar you should see a link. Here’s what it looks like in CityVille, notice the RewardVille icon in the lower right hand corner.

Once you reach the page you’ll need to log-in to your Facebook account and install RewardVille just like you would any other Facebook game. The site offers special points called zCoins, which you can earn by playing the supported games. These points can then be used to buy in-game items. And it looks like each game also has a free item on offer, so it’s worth checking out even if you don’t plan on saving up lots of zCoins.

So how does it work? Any item you purchase on the RewardVille site will then show up in your inventory for whatever game it’s meant for. So if you buy a new building in CityVille, for example, you simply need to head on into the game and check your inventory, where the building will be waiting. We tested this with the free day care center and it worked seamlessly.

You can also use RewardVille to send mystery gifts to friends, but you won’t know what it is you’re sending, hence the mystery. It could be a stash of zCoins, or it could be some other type of bonus. Different actions will also earn you zPoints, which are essentially experience points. You’ll gain levels, which will earn you rewards and unlock items.

Even though the service just launched, it already looks to be pretty extensive. There’s currently support for 10 games, each of which features more than a dozen items to collect. And if we know Zynga, that number will only continue to grow.
