Stormblades Gameplay Trailer Shows Off Swordplay, Rock Monsters

Earlier this month, Kiloo, the studio behind Subway Surfers and Smash Champs, revealed the existence of their upcoming action title Stormblades. Created in partnership with Emerald City Games, their initial announcement promised a March release date and plenty of action, but not much in the way of details.

Today’s gameplay trailer changes that a bit.

There’s still no specific confirmation beyond what your eyes can show you, but our take? It looks like a fast-paced game of 1v1 battles, not unlike Infinity Blade.

Also, as our headline suggests, there appear to be both swords and rock monsters. I feel like one would chip the other. Seriously – how much damage is a blade going to do against a rock? Get a hammer, brother.

Keep an eye out for Stormblades when it hits iOS and Android devices sometime next month.
