Redemption Cemetery: Salvation of the Lost Preview

ERS Game Studios is creeping back into the fray with another hidden object game: Redemption Cemetery: Salvation of the Lost. According to ERS, Redemption Cemetery: Salvation of the Lost is a game that should be “familiar to everybody.” It’s true. Think about it. Everybody has visited a cemetery at least once in their lives. They’ve listened to ravens cackle as the remains of a friend or a loved one was planted in the ground. And anyone who hasn’t been in a cemetery can certainly count on eventually becoming a permanent guest at one.

The events in Redemption Cemetery: Salvation of the Lost revolve around a zookeeper named Jeeves who admits to you that he’s being torn up by guilt because he feels responsible for the death of a certain journalist. You need to get to the bottom of this murder mystery, but fans of the HOG genre already know that these games never give up their secrets easily—and neither to cemeteries.

There are tons of hidden object scenes to work through, as well as brain-bending puzzles and mini-games. You gather up pieces to the mystery as you play, and if the dead leave you at peace for long enough, maybe you’ll have a chance to piece everything together.

You’re not alone, which is good, because who wants to be alone in a boneyard? The raven that followed you around in the original Redemption Cemetery is back, and he might have some advice for you (though you should probably ignore him if all he says he “Gimme birdseed. Lots and lots of birdseed.”)

Redemption Cemetery: Salvation of the Lost hits PC and Mac soon.
