The App Store has been around for 6 years now, and it didn’t take very long for developers to enter a “race to the bottom” when it came to pricing. It’s a real problem, and it means that great paid games often go unnoticed, or when they do succeed, they’re undercut by clones with a $0 price tag.

The Meatly, a fantastic web-comic that touches on the world of gaming (and game devlopment) hit on this very subject today. Something tells me it’s going to resonate with developers.
