When we first reported (via Pogo fansite BadgeHungry.com) that Pogo seemed to be shelving plans for a sequel to Fairy Godmother Tycoon, we hoped the rumor wasn’t true. Unfortunately, a company spokesperson has just confirmed that there will be no Fairy Godmother Tycoon 2.
Last week, Pogo published a letter to the editor from a fan asking about the chances of seeing a new Fairy Godmother Tycoon 2 download game. The response from Pogo: As for Fairy Godmother Tycoon… I, too, thought it was a lot of fun, but alas, there will be no a sequel.
There you have it, folks. Straight from the horse’s mouth. It’s a shame, because we quite liked the first game.
