If you’d told me that a full-motion video game would be one of 2015’s most talked about mobile games — and not because it was hilariously bad, but because it was nothing short of brilliant — I would have laughed you out of the room.

Normally $4.99, you can now get Her Story, the mystery-through-old-videos experience, for just $1.99. Players dig through old police interviews trying to solve a crime. If the popular podcast Serial was a video game experience, it would probably look something like this.
