God of Blades is Free this Week on iOS

God of Blades was an ambitious, and ultimately very satisfying project. Not just because of the game (which we loved in our God of Blades review), but because of a lot of the supporting materials. From fake pulp novels that eventually became real to a giveaway that pushed you to the library, this was less a game than it was an event.

But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a game, and if you act fast, you can get that game for free (so long as you have an iOS device – sorry Android gamers!)

The reason for the freebie is twofold: White Whale Games is celebrating God of Blades second anniversary, and they have a new project on Kickstarter that they’d like you to know about. It’s not a video game, but it’s pretty cool. Especially if you’re into doodling.

Grab God of Blades for free from the App Store, and do it soon. You only have ’til September 29th.
