    On paper, Zen Fashion works marvels, combining two favorite passions - inner peace and haute couture - into an intriguing match-three puzzler that sends you trotting about China, Japan, Korea and the bulk of the Asian continent. Unfortunately, a snappy Far Eastern aesthetic and soothing soundtrack, not to mention somewhat novel play conceit (donning new duds to mix and match powers), can't save the title from an inconvenient truth.

    Time management titles are a tricky beast. When done right, the results can be spectacular (see Miss Management). But when done wrong, they can also be bland (cough, Travel Agency, cough) or outright disastrous (take your pick of any of the 200 others released last year whose names we've already forgotten). Thankfully, Posh Boutique, latest in a long run of fashion-themed outings, delivers the goods gameplay-wise and then some, though it's clearly keyed towards female players and a mite too heavy on the chintz.

    Face it: If there's one genre of casual game competing with hidden object outings for the title of "most overdone" lately, it's the time management category. And at first blush, Travel Agency certainly seems to make the same mistakes as so many forgettable mouse-mashers which have come before. But look beyond the throwaway storyline, general lack of personality and slow opening, and you might be surprised.

    Contrary to popular belief, we here at Gamezebo Towers are easy to please: All we require for a title to score highly in our rankings is that it be fun and accessible. Unfortunately, familiar and engaging as its base concept proves, new tile-matching puzzler Ancient Wonderland is forcing us to add new criteria to the list: Namely, that games submitted for evaluation be comprehensible and in English to boot.

    Good news for desktop anglers: Anyone who's ever dreamed of spending a sunny day on the lake, pole in hand, versus, say, sitting slumped over a desk in a tiny cubicle can appreciate what Fishing Craze has to offer. Occasional quirks and repetitious action aside, we're confident even those who can't tell a pike from a parakeet (let alone a pickerel or rainbow trout) will still fall for it hook, line and sinker.

    Yo ho, yo ho - it's a pirate's life for you in Caribbean Hideaway, an inspired cross between the match-three puzzle and life simulation genres. Allowing players to not only create their own hidden retreat, but also set sail for high seas adventure, the title's bound to capture your imagination, although it's hardly what we'd call a bar-raising classic.
