    Pocket Fishdom is not to be confused with Fishdom, another game available on iOS (and a number of other platforms). Even though both games are spawned from Playrix, they belong in different tanks:  Fishdom is a Match-3 title, whereas Pocket Fishdom is about raising, breeding, and collecting your aquatic darlings. In fact, Pocket Fishdom is quite far removed from anything that resembles gameplay, though it's still a decent and relaxing fish-breeding title.

This epic-sounding piece of work from Smuttlewerk and Forest Moon Games is actually a dice-driven RPG. Hey, if you're already stuck in hell, you may as well roll them sinful bones.

    It's not easy to make your way to Oz (its public transportation is made entirely of tornadoes and is terribly unreliable as a result), which is why Disney is bringing Oz to you. This week, some of Disney's social games are getting an update to reflect the theatrical release of Oz The Great and Powerful. Players will be able to access lots of fashions and accessories from the home of the Yellow Brick Road.

    Oh deer. At first glance, Knitted Deer is a unique take on the endless runner, which is arguably the most crowded genre on the App Store. The game's graphics are not built from 3D models, or even pixels, but knitted patterns, which gives Knitted Deer a cuddly, warm aura—at least until a bat rips your head off and carries it away by its prongs. Problem is, aside from its unusual graphics, Knitted Deer isn't particularly original or interesting.

Example: Inside Social Games is reporting that CivWorld, the Facebook adaptation of Sid Meyer's massively popular Civilization sim series, will be closing on May 29, 2013.
