    Aralon: Sword and Shadow is being described by many as The Elder Scrolls on the iPhone, and that's not an inaccurate description. On one hand, this is easily the biggest game world to ever appear on the system, providing an immersive and fun play experience. On the other, the only way to actually enjoy yourself is if you can put up with the technical irritations that you'll definitely encounter during play.

    From the moment Eternal Legacy begins, it's pretty obvious that Gameloft is doing its damnedest to put its own spin on Square Enix's Final Fantasy games. Not when the gameplay starts, but when the title screen loads: there are two characters that look like they were pulled straight from Final Fantasy X, right down to the choppy hair, cyberpunk sword, and summoning staff that the duo are sporting. This may sound like a bad thing, but it's actually meant as a big compliment, because the game mostly manages to create a great JRPG on the iPhone.

The weird, comically-violent cartoons of two spies trying to kill each other as spectacularly as possible have entertained a lot of people over the years.     Whenever someone mentions World War II and tower defense, it's hard not to think about the Maginot Line, the extensive line of defense that France laid down in case another aggressive nation (read: Germany and/or Italy) decided to invade. Of And while this didn't work out too well for the French, it turns out that this strategy is still the best way to fight off the Axis Powers on your iPhone as demonstrated by iBomber Defense, a delightful new tower defense title set in World War II Europe.

    Wouldn't you know it? There you were, minding your own business and being a total badass angel daddy self, and some demons just up and stole your daughter. So, it's up to you to strap on some wings, pick up a big ol' sword, throw on some sweet shades, and get her back. For some reason, this involves protecting a pile of stuffed toys that will (somehow) lead you back to your daughter.
