A friend of mine, Hugh, is hard at work raising money for Huntington's Disease. He's a man with a wicked sense of humor (you'll see what I mean in a moment), a big heart, and a mission to raise money for a good cause. Back when he was oh-so-close to hitting his target of raising $10,000, I promised I'd post on Gamezebo to spread the word and forgot to. Now, he's only $1000 from reaching his goal of $12,000. While we're always meeting new game developers, it's not everyday that we spot with a new games portal. Braintonik Games is a brand new Web site that offers try and buy it PC and Mac download games. Though it just launched, the web site offers a lot of neat features, including groups, points, and discount plans. When we asked them what they are planning, Braintonik Games was coy, telling us they have some special plans for social games as well. Braintonik has launched a special Halloween version of Alawar's Amelie's Café and is offering a Halloween deal of 30% of of games between Oct 27 and Oct 31.
