We had our hearts broken when we realized that Metal Gear Solid Touch was one, were thrilled when Overkill was one, and were pretty satisfied with EPOCH was one.     It's not easy to admit defeat, but with a recent quartet of releases on the App Store, it really seems like Microsoft is trying to tell us something. In the last six days, the big M brought three non-games to the iPhone and iPad - the official My Xbox LIVE app, the Halo: Reach companion app Halo Waypoint, and a gorgeous new rendition of Microsoft OneNote. Now they've just debut their first iOS game - a port of the Windows Phone 7 version of Kinectimals. Has Microsoft finally seen the light?

    As I write this, it's a Friday afternoon. But I can't help but feel like it's Saturday morning. Why? Because today seems to be all about cartoons! First Zynga debuted A Very FarmVille Christmas. Then I received a very friendly reminder that the Where's My Water cartoon will be debuting online in early 2012, And NOW, ZeptoLab has just unleashed the first animated short featuring lovable little Om Nom from Cut the Rope.
