    Does anyone else remember when treasure hunting games were all the rage on Facebook a few years back?  Games like Treasure Isle, where you'd click square by square as you "explored" territory, trying to complete collections of items?  Ruby Skies takes that idea and tries to evolve it, and while it's not much of an evolution, the end result proves to be surprisingly addictive.

    Backflip Studios has released more than its fair share of iOS games, but none have managed to be quite as big a hit as DragonVale.  This fantastical spin on free-to-play zoo gaming single-handedly birthed the dragon zoo genre, and to this day remains one of the top grossing games on the App Store.  So when we learned that Backflip was going to be delivering a new free-to-play zoo-style experience, but this time in the world of robots, we were pretty excited to see what would come of it.

    You've started work on a game, but if you ever want to finish it you're going to need money.  LOTS of money.  "No problem," you think to yourself.  "If industry dinosaurs like Tim Schafer and Jordan Weisman can do it, surely a young buck like me can do it too!"  And while it's a nice sentiment, there are a lot of Kickstarter projects that never quite reach their target.  If you want a chance to cross the finish line, it's best you seek out the advice of someone who's succeeded before; someone like Michael Paeck.

    While it only launched earlier this month, PlayStation Mobile is an idea that's been in the works for quite some time.  A dedicated Android storefront for "PlayStation-certified" devices, mobile gamers around the world had dreams of playing classic Sony franchises and PlayStation ports on their smartphones and tablets.  But then it launched, and we all saw what PlayStation Mobile really was - just another in a seemingly endless series of Android storefronts that does little to differentiate itself.
