Park Marks is a game about drawing lines on various stretches of concrete. You’ve got some paint, you’ve got your line-drawing machine, all you need now is a bit of patience and maybe a little guidance to make sure you know what you’re supposed to be doing.

And that’s where this guide comes in. We’ve played a lot of Park Marks and discovered some strategies and suggestions that we think are really going to allow you to get the most out of the experience. And maybe even save you some time along the way as well.

It makes no odds whether you’ve drawn a bunch of lines already or you’re just filling up your machine for the first time, there’s going to be something here to help you out. These are the best hints, tips and cheats for Park Marks. You’re welcome.

Don’t fret too much

You don’t have to worry too much about being super accurate in this one. The game isn’t going to punish you if you make mistakes, so don’t fret if you’ve messed up a line or painted somewhere you’re not supposed to. By the time you get to the next challenge, the mistake will be gone.

Press the flash

You want to paint within the flashing lines when you’re using the edging machine. Press down just before your nozzle moves into them and lift up your finger just before it moves out. That’ll give you the best coverage and ensure you’re getting as much within the lines as you can.

Tap the done button

When you’re playing a section with a done button, you may as well tap it as soon as it appears. You might not have completed everything perfectly, but the game will mop up the rest and you won’t be penalized for finishing early.

What’s the cash for?

You can spend the cash on new outfits and new machines in the store. You’ll find the store menu on the main page of the game, in the top right hand corner, just before you start a new level. Bear in mind these nee skins are entirely cosmetic and don’t give you new skills.

Should you watch the videos?

The videos are there to increase your cash haul, and since the only things you can buy with that cash are cosmetic items, there’s not much point upping your haul. You’ll get enough videos as you play, and you’ll grind up cash too, so prolonging your advert-watching feels like a bad idea.
