Top Dog is a way of getting a bunch of extra benefits in Doglife: Bitlife Dogs. What sort of benefits? Why, these sorts of benefits.
The only way to get Top Dog is by purchasing it. It’s a one-off IAP that will set you back $2.99. That’s not super expensive, and the fact that it’ll get rid of the ads – one of the most annoying parts of Doglife: Bitlife Dogs – almost makes it a no-brainer.
We wouldn’t suggest buying it straight away. Play the game and see whether you like it, and then make the decision about whether you’re going to splurge on Top Dog. When you decide, you can tap on the Become Top Dog button in the top right of the screen to buy the IAP.
For the most part, no there isn’t. You can unlock all of the dog breeds by buying the Dog Lover IAP for $1.99, and you can get all of the cat breeds, and unlock the ability to play as a cat, by buying the Cat Lover IAP, also for $1.99.
The fact of the matter is, if you’re forking out a couple of bucks for just one thing, you may as well stick an extra dollar in there and get rid of the ads at the same time.
There might be a chance that some unlock codes are released that enable you to get some of the benefits for free, but as of right now, there aren’t any out there in the wild.
