When you see a yellow pad, your character will bounce in the air when they step on it. Look at the angle of the pad and see where it’s likely to send them. Sometimes there’ll be multiple pads, other times just one. Think about how you can use them to get to where you need to go.
There’s no need to rush into a challenge. Look at every aspect of the level and figure out the best plan of action before you do anything. There are no time limits, and most of the aspects of a level will react in ways you’ve already learned. Make a plan, then put it into motion – there’s no need to wing it.Â
When you’re cutting through ropes, think about what’s going to happen when you do. Sometimes you’re just going to drop straight down, but others you’re going to swing in a specific direction depending on where you make the cut. Again, take the time to think about what’s going to happen before you do anything.
