Construction Ramp Jumping wears its heart on its sleeve and its mechanics in its name. It’s all about driving construction vehicles down ramps and seeing how far you can jump them. It’s silly, it’s got lots of crashes, and it’s a decent chunk of fun.

But that doesn’t mean it’s without its challenges. Which is why we’ve written this guide. It’s going to tell you all of the strategies we’ve found during our time with Construction Ramp Jumping. Follow these and you’ll be flying off the ramps like no one’s business.

Doesn’t matter if this is your first jump or your thousandth – you’re going to find something here that’ll make you soar farther. So let’s get to it – here are the best hints, tips and cheats for Construction Ramp Jumping.

Get ready to grind

The fact of the matter is, you’re going to have to do the same jump over and over again to get anywhere in Construction Ramp Jumping. There are ways you can lessen the grind, which we’ll get to later, but they don’t cut it out entirely. If you’re in for the long haul, then be prepared to grind your way to victory.

Try and get some flips in

Pulling off flips and destroying scenery are the best way to get extra points. It’s hard to control these things, but if you know you’re not going to reach the green platform, try and manipulate your jump so you’re going to hit some scenery or bounce off the level and spin your vehicle.

Upgrade sensibly

The most important upgrades are your engine and your boost. These are reset every time you start using a new vehicle, so they should be your focus – you’ll need to power them up to get to the end of a level. When you’ve got some spare coins, spend them on upping your bonus in order to earn coins quicker.

Don’t change vehicles

You’ll see on the side of the screen at the start of every jump an option to change vehicles. Doing that involves buying an IAP that can cost you quite a lot of real world money. It’s not a very sensible idea – stick with what you’ve got and work your way through the levels instead of spending your way to the finish.

Increase your coins when you need to

If the grind is getting too much for you, it’s a good idea to watch a video to increase your coin haul. Do it when you’ve scored well and you can easily get enough extra power to send you flying to the end of the level. You don’t have to do it at the end of every jump – use the option wisely to increase your coffers when you need it most.
