Ninja Hands is a first person combat game with a few tricks up its sleek sleeves. You’re not just mashing buttons to fire here, you’re combining hand gestures to create massive attacks. It’s a neat idea, but there are a few things you’re going to have to get to grips with if you want to make the most out of the experience.

And that’s why we’ve written this guide. It’s packed full of the best hints, tips and tricks that we’ve picked up during our time playing Ninja Hands. These strategies are designed to ensure that every attack you pull off is as powerful as it possibly can be.

Whether you’ve already learned all the combos or you’re just starting to wiggle your fingers around, there’s going to be something here to help you out. Which is nice, right? Here are the best hints, tips and cheats for Ninja Hands.

Experiment with your combos

Combining your hand movements in different ways will result in different attacks. There are fireballs, giant spiders, shrink rays and showers of knives, to name just four. Try out the different combos and find out what they all do, then use the one that’s going to help you out the most.

Unlock the helpers

In between levels you get a chance to unlock special moves and helpers. The helpers are your best bet if you want to get to the next level, so focus on getting them. You won’t always need one, though, so sometimes it’s best to fail a level before you decide to watch a video to unlock an attack dog or bomb chicken.

Don’t forget to look around

You’re not always looking in the direction that the threat is going to come from, so be sure to swipe on the screen to find your enemies. They could be coming from multiple directions at once, so have a good look around and don’t just assume that the first group you’ve seen are going to be all there is.

You can aim when you’ve pulled off a move

Once you’ve tapped out your combo, you’re not fixed to sending it in one direction. Swipe in the screen to alter the trajectory of your shot if it looks like it’s going to miss your foes. This doesn’t work with all of your attacks, but any that are beam or distance based can be moved about when you’ve fired them.

Use the special boxes

Sometimes you’ll spot special boxes in the scenery – these are a great way to take down multiple enemies in a single shot, so you should definitely be using them to your advantage. Watch out when there are hostages around, though. If you kill one of them then it’s game over.
