To get a perfect score you need to make all of the defenders fall over. To do that, take the ball near them, then drag it away when they start to tackle you. Rinse and repeat for all of the defenders on a level. You’ll need to be careful though, get your timing wrong and they’ll kick the ball out of play and you’ll have to start again.
You’ll also need to pick up all of the coins on a level to get a perfect score. When you’ve knocked over the defenders, have a look around and make sure you’ve picked up everything there is to grab. When you’re sure, go and take your shot.
You don’t want to get the keeper to come and try and tackle you – you won’t get the best score if you do. Instead find the perfect angle for your shot and kick it in a direction that’s going to be really difficult for the keeper to reach.
You can spend the coins on new skins for your ball. These are purely cosmetic items, so you don’t have to worry too much about increasing your coin haul at the end of the level. There are other ways to unlock new skins as well. Such as…
You’ll see the keys on certain levels. Run the ball over them to pick them up. When you’ve got three, you can unlock some chests.
