You might not realize it, because the design of the first blocks is a bit weird, but there are arrows showing you the direction they’ll move when you tap them. In the first design, the tip of the white space shows you where they’ll go. You have to look at the arrows to figure out which blocks you need to move.
If you can’t find a block to move, then rotate the shape to find one. As the levels get bigger, you’re going to be doing this almost constantly. When you spot a block that you can move, tap it, then keep on moving until you find another. Remember that clearing blocks from one side can open up moves on another.
Sometimes you’ll have to move a block to make space to get rid of others. You can move blocks without clearing them – they’ll come to rest when they hit another uncleared block. Use this to your advantage to make room to clear other blocks which should, in turn, clear space to get rid of the first one.
