Whether you’ve rolled a few balls or you’re looking to take your first step, there’s going to be something here that’s likely to help you out. Here are the top five best hints, tips and cheats for Ball Run 2048.
Always make matches
Whenever you can combine your ball with another of the same number, you should do it. That’s basically the whole point of the game, and while you can get to the end with a 2 ball, it’s going to be much more difficult. Always be matching should be your mantra.
Spikes split you in half
When you hit the red spikes your ball is going to split into half. So if you’ve got an 8 ball it’ll split into two 4 balls. You can use this to your advantage sometimes, creating potential matches where there weren’t any before. Other times, it’s better to avoid the spikes altogether.
You can match balls you’re not in control of
If you barge into a ball and it hits another ball of the same number they’ll combine together. This can be super useful. Say you’re a 64 and there are two 32 balls in front of you. Barge them to make another 64 and then combine everything to make a 128. Always look for the advantage.
Look at the balls ahead of you and think about the moves you’re going to have to make to get you up to 2048. Or, if that’s not possible, to get you as high a score as possible. You should know what to do before you do it – the game is set out so you can easily see what’s happening ahead of you, after all.
Get to the end
In the end, it doesn’t matter particularly the number on your ball. It’s nice to get to the finish line with 2048, but sometimes it’s just not possible. Get to the end of a level and move on to the next. This is a game of perseverance and doing your best, so open up the next challenge and keep on going.
